Hello!

My name is Venetia Talbott and I am the Creator and Designer for Ven’s Gems!

My company has been in existence since 1998.

My creations began when I worked for a State Government Agency that required security badge access.

The creative side got the best of me and I decorated my very own Retractable Badge Holder with Austrian Crystal Rhinestones.

The Government Department where I was employed had several thousand employees .

I noticed in a very short time, my designs were worn by staff throughout the Department.

The custom requests for personalized badge holders rapidly increased and this was very exciting to me!

In 1998, I decided it was time to market my product on a grander scale to offer a more glamorous and fun way to wear your identification at work.
